777 Mid-season Tournament 2018

RESULTS   
When: Saturday June 16
First Tee Time: 9:04 AM
Cost: $47 which includes green fees & prize fund.  $5.00 for each of the optional games (Gross and/or Net skins and/or Deuces)  ($32 for non-competing guests; this means those without assigned handicaps or just playing for fun in one of the groups immediately following the tournament)  

Include the skins/deuces money with your entry fee, and PLEASE tell me which games you wish to play!

777 2018 Mid-Season Memo

Specifics: Be at the course ready to play by 9:04 AM, carts are on your dime, CHECK YOUR NAME OFF ON THE SIGN-IN SHEET IN THE PRO SHOP.  I (Chris) will pay the green fees for each player based on the sign-in sheet.  If you arrive late, you will have possibly held up the whole group, or missed your opportunity to play, so please, be at the course and signed in at least 15 minutes BEFORE the 1st tee time (9:04 AM).

  • Play - Handicap stroke play, all competitors play from Blue (middle) tees.
  • Flights - 2 flights, break at >index 17.8.  Tournament pays 4 places in each flight, Least Putts in each flight.
  • Pairings - at the bottom of this memo. 
  • The 1st name in each foursome is the score keeper for that group; he will ensure that the hole scores are accurately and LEGIBLY recorded, conflicts within the foursome are adjudicated, and putts are totaled before the card is handed in.
  • There is no penalty for arithmetic errors - I need the individual player total for putts, but hole scores are individually keystroked & summed electronically.

The folks playing for tournament prizes are split into 2 flights; the break is at > index 17.8.  Current league indexes were used and will be updated as they appear after play on June 13.  Guests were listed using GHIN and/or previous league/777 tournament differentials.

Find me in the restaurant after your round and turn in your score card - THEN change your shoes, etc.  Some folks will no doubt wish to leave as soon as they are paid; let's not hold them up while you visit the parking lot.  Also, those members who participated in league Skins will be paid after the tournament money is distributed.

It would greatly expedite your post-tournament "dead time" if someone would volunteer to help with the scoring - I need someone to read the scores/stuff money in envelopes so we can get the winners paid & everyone on the road home.

Allow plenty of time for traffic, and drive safely!
